Appointment cards look like Business cards....but the are musch more. The front side will have the Logo, Title and Contact details for the Institituion- Doctors, Dentist, Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, Attorney, Consultant, Stylist  etc.
The reverse side will have a table with lines to record your Clients, patients next Appointment Date, time or procedure date or even notes for reference.
